Our vocational training program is designed to help children with special needs develop practical life and work-related skills that promote independence, confidence, and future employment opportunities. The program focuses on identifying each child's strengths and interests while providing hands-on learning experiences in a supportive and structured environment.

Students are trained in age-appropriate vocational activities such as arts and crafts, paper bag making, candle making, gardening, cooking and baking, packaging, office skills, computer basics, housekeeping, and other functional tasks based on their abilities. Along with vocational skills, the program emphasizes communication, social interaction, teamwork, time management, responsibility, and workplace behaviour.

Through individualized guidance and continuous encouragement, we prepare students to become more independent, participate meaningfully in their communities, and build the skills needed for a productive and fulfilling future.
